What’s the difference between the free call and the Action Plan?

The free mini assessment focuses on one repetitive task in a 15-minute conversation, followed by an email with a practical recommendation. The Action Plan includes a deeper workflow review, a prioritized written plan with recommended tools and next steps, and a walkthrough to help you get started.

Will you help us put the plan into practice?

Yes. Implementation Support gives you two working sessions a month and help between calls as you put the tools to use.

What does it cost?

The Action Plan is $975 one-time. Implementation Support starts at $1,200 a month. Team Workshop and custom builds are priced to the scope we agree with you.

Can you train our team?

Yes. We offer one-time team workshops tailored to the work your people do. We’ll discuss the group and what they need to learn before agreeing on the session.

Do we have to replace our current software?

We start with what you already use and look for practical ways to improve the workflow. If a different tool would help, we’ll explain the reason and the cost.

Will this replace our office manager?

Our work focuses on reducing repetitive admin so your team has more time for customers and the work that needs their judgment.

How soon can we get started?

The Action Plan takes about a week. For ongoing support, we agree on the first workflow and a practical starting point together.

Where do sessions happen?

We work with home service businesses across Western Mass. Discovery and walkthrough calls for the Action Plan, along with Implementation Support sessions, happen over video calls. We agree on the format for team workshops with you.
