The office work of a growing operation — routing crews, pricing leads, sending estimates, cutting checks, keeping a customer list — was running on the owner’s time and memory. The work got done because he did it, nights and mornings.

What we built

A mobile site where a single quote request fires an email, an instant alert to the office, and a new row in the lead spreadsheet, with nothing retyped by hand. Plus a live, shoppable inventory page, generated from a simple spreadsheet, photos and all.

The first call goes out while the lead is still hot. And the site looks like the quality of the work behind it.

Paying suppliers meant checks ordered from the bank and cut by hand. Weeks of waiting, plus fees.

Software that prints a check to any supplier from the office printer, keeps every payee on file, and saves a PDF of each one.

The route plans itself every morning. The crew taps each stop done from the truck, and every tap tells billing to send the invoice.

A map of every active account. Drop in a new address and it returns the drive time to the nearest one, so travel gets built into the bid.
